Sinatra Movers made my move effortless and quick during this crazy time of COVID. The team was very professional (and wore gloves and masks, which I appreciated). They disassembled and assembled my bed and made sure to protect all my fragile furniture. I was concerned about my bed not fitting through the door (as it's a King Sized mattress), but they handled everything - it was a stress-free move for me!! This was the best move I've ever had and I highly recommend their service.

We just downsized from a 1250 sq ft apt to an 800 sq ft house. Found Sinatra movers on Yelp, and I am so happy I chose to go with them. From the moment I reached out for a quote to the truck pulling away, I was very impressed with this whole team. Andy was very responsive over email and was able to give me a no extra cost quote within 15 minutes. On moving day Alex, Igor & team showed up with the truck and everything that we had asked for. They were fast, and SOOOO PROFESSIONAL! They wrapped every piece of furniture carefully and communicated with me regarding every piece. Unloading was a challenge as our painters were still finishing painting the walls, but it didn't phase them. They moved everything in and didn't ding one corner. I HIGHLY recommend these guys!

We had a terrific experience with Sinatra Movers and would absolutely use them again. I booked two movers to help with loading a large one bedroom apartment into my 16' Penske truck for a cross-country move. I was a bit turned off by communicating by text message but Sinatra was very quick in their response and confirmed my movers and moving time more than once which was a nice peace of mind. Our movers, Vladimir and James, arrived on-time on moving day and got right to work. Because we were moving cross-country it was important that everything was packed into the truck well and furniture was protected. Both worked well together and we had the truck packed full in 2.5 hours. There is a three hour minimum cost which we were happy to honor for their expedience. I can say with 100% certainty that we would not have been able to fit everything in the truck had we packed it ourselves. Additionally, following our unpacking in New York state after almost a 3000 mile drive, NOT ONE item was broken or damaged. Absolutely SUPERB. To facilitate the move we provided a lot of tie downs for the truck and had everything thoroughly packed ahead of time. Vladimir and James wrapped all the large furniture in moving blankets and wrapped anything else we didn't think to consider wrapping. We were so happy our moving experience went as well as it did and major kudos to our movers who helped make it a success.

Dimetri and his buddy (whose name I'll butcher if I try to spell), were amazing! They helped me move out of a shared storage unit into a studio in 2 hours! The storage unit was organized, but packed full and they navigated around everything that was staying in the unit very carefully so as not to damage anything. They were super careful with my things too. Even booking these guys was easy. I called for quotes from 2 other companies, and Sinatra was the fastest to get back to me. I had some trouble understanding their accents, but that's just me and my dumb ears. They sent email and text confirmations, and they called the day of to let me know their ETA. Their rates are very comparable to other movers, and even though I had to pay for 3 hours, it was not much more expensive then if I had done it myself. It also would've taken all day if I had done it myself. No stress! 10/10 would hire Sinatra movers again.

Best most efficient movers I've ever used. Found them on Yelp with all their positive reviews and found the same experience to be true: 5 stars all around! The owner or manager got back to me very quickly- within a few minutes of my inquiry. Spelled out their rates very clearly and specifically and booked them almost immediately. I used them for two different moves- one from a storage units and one from my home and they showed up early on both days, communicated with me beforehand on what to expect and called me for ETA prior to arrival. They were super efficient, fast, friendly and didn't waste time (like most movers do to charge more for hourly rates). I moved two large trucks and over annoying steps and flights of stairs and not one nick or damage to anything. Dmitry and Sergei were on top of it! Would recommend to anyone!
